Our Manager-in-Training (MIT) program is a full-time career opportunity where you’ll gain hands-on experience running store operations, leading teams, and building the skills to grow into an Assistant Manager and beyond.

Prior restaurant/QSR experience preferred * Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude * Excellent communication and people skills * Full-time availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) * Desire and commitment to grow into a leadership role * Ability to perform all store tasks: customer service, product preparation, cash handling, and inventory * Legally eligible to work in CanadaManager in Training (MIT) • West Vancouver, BC
