Role Summary :

The Operations Supervisor  plays a vital role at the heart of daily operations, acting as the central link between drivers, customers, and internal teams. This role is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing the movement of goods, ensuring on-time performance, compliance with procedures, and seamless communication across all channels.

A successful dispatcher is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and calm problem-solver—able to adapt quickly to changing conditions, prioritize tasks, and make real-time decisions that keep operations running smoothly.

Hours of Work :   2am to 10am

Work Arrangement : On-Site

Position Type : Non-Union

Employment Status : Full-Time

Compensation : $50,000 - $58,000

Work Location & Environment : 85 Bessemer Rd Unit 4-6, London, ON.  Warehouse / distribution center environment.
