As a pivotal member of our sales force, your role is to enhance our brand presence and boost product sales within retail environments. With a strong focus on sales and customer engagement, you will leverage skincare expertise to meet and exceed sales targets measured by sales per hour.

As a Sales & Training Consultant you will be responsible for :

• Sales Excellence : Engage with customers on the sales floor to achieve and surpass individual sales goals.
• Brand Training : Deliver compelling and informative brand trainings to educate and motivate retail partners.
• Customer Experience : Elevate the customer journey through exceptional service, fostering loyalty and driving sales.
• Product Consultation : Utilize your skincare knowledge to recommend products, meeting clients' needs and boosting sales.
• Event Execution : Collaborate with the Area Sales & Training Manager to plan and execute store events that enhance brand visibility and sales.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to provide store visit recaps and sales performance details.
