We are hiring a Head of Revenue to own and scale the entire revenue engine at Martell Media. This senior operator will take full accountability for monetization across the customer lifecycle, from first touch through conversion, renewal, and expansion. This role requires deep experience building and operating revenue systems in a growth-stage environment, with strong command of sales, marketing, and revenue operations.
Martell Media sells exclusively through chat, SMS, and email, so this leader must bring proven expertise in digital sales psychology, high-ticket chat conversion, and asynchronous closing models. You will lead setters, closers, and client success, while partnering closely with Demand Generation and Creative leaders to ensure traffic, messaging, and sequencing align with revenue targets. Strategic clarity, operational precision, and strong people leadership are essential to success in this role.

THIS ROLE INCLUDES :
- Own the entire revenue engine at Martell Media, including offer strategy, pricing, forecasting, and the full customer lifecycle from first touch through renewal and expansion.
- Build, lead, and hold accountable a unified revenue team across setters, closers, and client success with clear KPIs and operating rhythms.
- Own and optimize all chat-based selling across chat, SMS, and email, driving predictable, high-ticket conversion.
- Partner with Demand Generation and Creative to align traffic, messaging, funnels, and monetization into one cohesive revenue system.
- Design, test, and refine scripts, sequences, objections, and offers using real performance data and buyer behavior.
- Build and maintain revenue dashboards tracking speed-to-lead, win rates, sales velocity, revenue per lead, and forecast accuracy.
- Lead monetization strategy across launches and evergreen cycles, including upgrades, cross-sells, reactivations, and pricing.
- Establish coaching, training, and performance standards that continuously raise execution quality and revenue outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Senior revenue leader with deep ownership of high-ticket monetization, offer strategy, and end-to-end revenue operations.Proven experience selling exclusively through digital channels (chat, SMS, email), with strong command of asynchronous closing models.Demonstrated success scaling revenue in startup or high-growth environments, including building and leading high-performance sales teams.Strong command of revenue metrics and forecasting, including MQL-to-close, win rates, revenue per lead, and sales velocity.Ability to lead and align setters, closers, and client success into a single, accountable revenue function.Player-coach mindset : hands-on in refining scripts, diagnosing funnels, optimizing sequences, and developing talent directly.Documented wins improving conversion, increasing monetization, and building scalable, repeatable revenue systems.High-judgment operator who moves fast, sets high standards, and owns outcomes end-to-end.Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.OUR DREAM TEAMMATE WILL BE :
