Health and Safety Coordinator – Manufacturing Industry

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify and mitigate safety hazards.
• Deliver safety training and awareness programs to promote a safe work culture.
• Investigate workplace incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate sustainability practices into day-to-day operations.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on health, safety, and sustainability performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Health and Safety within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
• Experience with sustainability initiatives is an asset.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000, plus bonus and profit-sharing opportunities.
