Pipefitter Apprentice (1st – 3rd Year) High-Pressure Fabrication
Location : Nisku, AB
Shift : Monday – Thursday 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (4x10s)

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Nisku team, specializing in the production of custom, multi-layered jacketed piping systems. Whether you are just starting your journey or are an experienced 3rd year, if you have a "zero-leak" mindset and a strong work ethic, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities
System Assembly : Support the fabrication of sophisticated jacketed piping utilizing P&ID and GA drawings.
Blueprint Execution : Accurately read and interpret technical drawings to ensure exact fitment.
Integrity Testing : Lead and assist in critical hydrostatic pressure testing protocols to ensure system safety.
Heavy Fabrication : Perform threading, beveling, and heavy lifting in a fast-paced shop environment.
Skid Integration : Install high-precision valves, instrumentation, and structural supports.
Qualifications
Apprenticeship : Must be a currently registered 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Year Pipefitter Apprentice.
Technical Literacy : Strong ability to read blueprints and a command of the English language for clear site communication.
Testing Experience : Previous experience with hydro-testing is highly preferred.
Component Knowledge : Familiarity with stud / gasket sizing and Victaulic seating / alignment.
Physical Capability : This is a demanding role; you must be comfortable with hard, heavy manual labor and repetitive lifting.
Precision Mindset : Proven ability to follow strict torque patterns and bolt-up sequences for leak-free results.
