We’re looking for a Production Coordinator who will ensure that all production runs across our manufacturing partners are planned, executed, and recorded smoothly. This role is the heartbeat of our production flow — ensuring that builds are issued, tracked, documented, and posted with accuracy and in a timely manner.

If you enjoy coordinating multiple stakeholders, organizing production schedules, and ensuring everything stays on time and in-full, this is a high-impact opportunity to build expertise in production planning and operations management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Coordination & Scheduling

• Review open production orders daily and manage timelines with co-packers and production sites.
• Issue and coordinate weekly production runs across all facilities.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support production readiness by confirming material availability.
