Our Calgary based client is looking for a Senior Human Factors Engineering Analyst to lead the development of the organization’s human factors strategy from concept through full production, defining roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics

*Successful candidates must have a minimum of 10 years consecutive residence in Canada – for Canadian Secret Security Clearance*

Must Haves:

• 8+ years of experience in Human Factors, Human Systems, HCI, UX Research, or UX Architecture
• Strong experience analyzing results and producing artefacts that clearly capture user needs and design recommendations
• Ability to obtain and maintain Canadian Security Clearance and Controlled Goods Assessment
• Must be eligible to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Factors Engineering, Industrial Design, Psychology, Kinesiology, Computer Science, Systems Design, Ergonomics, or a related discipline with HFE/HCI coursework

Nice to Have

• Experience executing Human Factors or UX in an Agile environment
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-, ISO, and ANSI standards
• Willingness to travel occasionally
