Objectives

The Yard / Field Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing rebar accessories, operating forklifts and yard equipment, maintaining an efficient and safe yard layout, and delivering materials to field crews as needed. This role supports both shop and field operations to ensure projects run smoothly and materials are always available where and when they are needed.

Responsibilities

• Rebar Accessory Management
• Organize, label, and maintain inventory of reinforcing steel accessories (chairs, ties, spacers, inserts, couplers, etc.).
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or replenishment needs.
• Prepare accessory packages for job-specific orders.
• Track and organize tools for field use
• Deliver rebar accessories and materials to job sites in a timely manner.

Communicate with field crews to understand their immediate needs.
