Educational Qualifications

• Minimum : Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering Technology , Electro-Mechanical Technology , Industrial Electrician , or related technical field.
• Preferred : Associate’s degree in electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Equivalent Experience : Candidates with demonstrated experience in electrical panel building, machine wiring, or industrial assembly will be considered in lieu of formal education.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in electrical panel building and / or machine assembly.
• Highly motivated and self-directed with strong time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable in meeting production and quality goals.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs during component or panel installation.
• Able to stand and perform hands-on assembly throughout the production shift.
• Proficient computer and technology skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Comfortable working in a plant or shop-floor environment around machinery.
• Must possess basic hand tools and demonstrate safe use of power tools.
• Willingness to work overtime or alternate shifts as required by production demands.
