    Job Purpose :

    Reporting to the Director, Expert Sales and Marketing, the Sr Brand Manager - Expert is responsible for the overall leadership and management of both short and long term,health care professional (HCP) performance through sound strategic thinking, excellence in execution and working in close collaboration with a variety of cross-functional partners including sales, finance, operations, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, global colleagues and external agencies to harness company’s resources to move their brands forward.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Develop, adapt, and refine strategic direction for assigned brands (Advil & Voltaren), grounded in superior healthcare professional (HCP) and consumer / patient insights, aligned to overarching brand strategies

    Drive superior execution of HCP programs and plans to bring the brand strategies to life, including media, creative development, sampling, conventions, associated customer facing plans (sales, medical)

    Execute with excellence the marketing / commercial plan, tracking results on key brand / HCP programs, recommending course correction as necessary based on performance vs. Key Performance Indicators

    Brand Creative projects leadership (From creation / adaptation to execution)

    Build strategic partnership with HCP sales team(s) in order to collaborate and integrate all aspects of the brand objectives and drivers of growth

    Member of innovation project teams to provide HCP insights, claims development, sampling strategy, HCP strategy and launch plan

    Active member of global and U.S. business teams as required

    Manage HCP advertising and promotional spend

    Share knowledge and best practices with other commercial, regulatory and medical departments

    Basic Qualifications :

    Undergraduate University Degree – Scientific discipline an asset

    5+ years brand marketing experience in pharmaceutical / OTC marketing and / or pharmaceutical sales experience

    Experience in pharmaceutical product and core capability training

    Experience partnering with pharmaceutical sales teams, medical affairs, regulatory and compliance

    Proven experience in delivering insights-based consumer communications delivering brand share growth

    Experience in large scale new product launches; collaboration with global teams; delivering results in a matrix org.

    Strong financial capabilities

    Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment preferred

    Must have the ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demands

    Proficient in MS Office suite of software with advanced skills in developing presentations in PowerPoint

    Preferred Qualifications :
