Virtual Nurse Practitioner

We’re seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our virtual healthcare team, supporting patients across Canada in hormone, metabolic, and preventive health.

• Conduct virtual consultations and follow-ups for patients seeking metabolic, weight management, hormone, or preventive care.

• Perform clinical assessments, interpret lab results, and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Prescribe and monitor medications (including GLP-1, HRT, BHRT, and TRT therapies) following evidence-based practice guidelines.

• Document accurately using EMR systems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and support continuity of care.

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed and in good standing in Ontario, BC, AB, or other provinces.

• Experience in virtual care, primary care, metabolic health, endocrinology, or hormone therapy preferred.

• Strong communication and tech proficiency (comfortable with platforms such as Jane App, Medeo, or Accuro).

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong clinical judgment.

• Must have private liability insurance and independent practice rights.
