About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, research, and operational support to a senior executive. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable managing a wide variety of tasks, from research and scheduling to procurement and marketing support.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage and coordinate meetings, calendars, and appointments across multiple time zones.
Prepare meeting notes, follow-ups, and organize communications and priorities.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Research & Business Development
Conduct research on real estate, business opportunities, and potential partnerships.
Compile data, prepare summaries, and present findings in clear, actionable reports.
Assist in identifying trends and new market opportunities.
Procurement & Logistics
Source and order various items and services as required for business or personal needs.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality.
Marketing & Communications Support
Assist with marketing activities, including basic social media coordination, content updates, and email campaigns.
Support the development of presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.
Help maintain a consistent brand tone across communications and digital platforms.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Operations Coordinator.
Strong research and analytical skills; prior experience with business or real estate research is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with scheduling tools such as Calendly or Notion preferred.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take initiative.
