Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Insurance) — Remote
We are hiring for two exciting remote opportunities with our client in the insurance industry. Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to Group Benefit customers to obtain consent for directing their cases to preferred pharmacies.Clearly explain the features and advantages of the Case Management program, designed to support customers in managing treatments and accessing pharmacy drugs.Address customer inquiries related to group benefits, pharmacy options, and program details.Accurately document and update customer interactions within the system.Provide exceptional service to foster positive customer relationships.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.What you will need to succeed :
High school diploma required.Previous customer service experience, ideally in a phone-based role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner.Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.Proficiency in computer systems and software for communication and data entry.Capability to work independently in a remote environment.Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with the ability to manage ambiguity.Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system and pharmaceutical drugs (preferred).Why Recruit Action?
