Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Insurance) — Remote

We are hiring for two exciting remote opportunities with our client in the insurance industry. What is in it for you :

  • 6-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
  • Full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.
  • Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to Group Benefit customers to obtain consent for directing their cases to preferred pharmacies.
  • Clearly explain the features and advantages of the Case Management program, designed to support customers in managing treatments and accessing pharmacy drugs.
  • Address customer inquiries related to group benefits, pharmacy options, and program details.
  • Accurately document and update customer interactions within the system.
  • Provide exceptional service to foster positive customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • What you will need to succeed :

  • High school diploma required.
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in a phone-based role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software for communication and data entry.
  • Capability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with the ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system and pharmaceutical drugs (preferred).
