Job Summary
The Automotive Glass Repair Technician, under the direction of the Collision Centre Production Manager, is responsible for the removal, repair, and installation of automotive glass components in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. This role ensures vehicles are restored to OEM, MPI, and Crown quality standards with precision and efficiency. Operating under a flat-rate pay structure, the Automotive Glass Repair Technician is expected to perform accurate, safe, and timely repairs while upholding Crown Karma values and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely remove, repair, and install automotive glass, ensuring compliance with OEM, MPI, and Crown quality standards.
- Perform chip repairs, resealing, and full glass replacements with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the work area.
- Properly handle and care for tools, equipment, and materials required for glass repairs.
- Achieve or exceed flat-rate production expectations while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate with production and CSR teams to ensure timelines and customer expectations are met.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in fit, finish, and installation accuracy.
- Attend daily production meetings and performance reviews as required.
- Participate in ongoing training to remain current with industry, MPI, and OEM repair standards.
- Respect all vehicles, equipment, and peers, contributing to a safe and professional workplace.
- Uphold Crown Karma values daily by displaying professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude.
- Go above and beyond to ensure overall customer satisfaction and team success.
