SAP Ariba Procure to Pay (P2P) Consultant

Our Toronto based client is seeking for an experienced SAP Ariba Procure to Pay (P2P) Consultant to join their project immediately and will run for 7 months, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have 8 + years of experience and deep expertise in User Acceptance Testing from crafting test scripts, forms and test execution. The role requires the adaptability to work Hong Kong time (HKT) during the critical 6-week UAT period from April to mid-May, with standard EST hours applying before and after this phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage the comprehensive UAT plan, timeline, and scope for the SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay implementation, ensuring alignment with business process flows.
• Design detailed, end-user-focused test cases, scripts, and forms to validate core P2P functionality, integrations, and compliance within the Ariba suite.
• Facilitate testing with SCM business stakeholders during the critical April, May window, coordinating across Hong Kong (HKT) and Eastern (EST) time zones as required.
• Log, track, prioritize, and report defects; collaborate with technical teams on resolution and conduct thorough retesting.
• Deliver clear, regular updates on test execution status, defect metrics, and risks to project management and stakeholders.
• Ensure testing confirms end-to-end process integrity, user readiness, and that system functionality meets business requirements.
• Prepare final test summary reports, obtain sign-offs, and ensure a smooth knowledge transfer for post-go-live support.
