Senior FX Business Systems Analyst - handling user stories, documentation, requirements gathering- 79355
Position Title : Business Systems Analyst
Line of Business : Foreign exchange technology.
What does the LOB do? : Main occupation is Wall Street. Handle money market, training, commercial, etc.. Core capital markets business.
Duration : 6 Months
Remote / Hybrid : Hybrid - In office on Thursdays and 4th Friday. Might move to 2 days per week every week.
Office Location : 81 Bay 18th Floor
Responsibilities :
Experience in business systems analyst role handling user stories, documentation, requirements gathering. MUST have previous Financial Institution experience.
You have experience working within an Agile environment as a member of a technology team responsible for supporting applications.
- Strong SQL and Microsoft Tools skillset
- Strong asset to have Capital Markets and Azure Cloud experience. Strong preference for FX experience.
- Must be able to work independently or within a small team.
- Support end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter expert in both business and technology.
- Ideate and collaborate with a diverse team to create and set up flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience.
- Collaborate with business users and other stakeholders to understand their challenges with current processes, assess impact and determine solutions.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and technology partners to capture and translate inputs and business logic into successful business outputs.
- Contribute to project management activities such as scoping and estimating project efforts, identifying risks, recommending mitigation measures and proactively communicating / escalating possible issues.
Must Have Requirement :
- 7+ Years' experience as a BSA ideally within Capital Markets with FX.
- Financial institution experience - preferably big 5 banks
- SQL / JIRA / Confluence
- Microsoft tools
- Previous agile experience
