Aboutthe Role : Reportingto the Fixed Operations Manager, the Warranty Administrator supports theService Department in warranty compliance and processes and submits warrantyclaims in an efficient manner to ensure a high-level of claim acceptance. TheWarranty Administrator also coordinates and works closely with other teammembers to resolve problems with warranty repair orders.

Schedule : Mon-Thurs; 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm, 32 hours per week

Compensation : $35,000 - $42,000 / yr

Contract : 13-18 month; Contract to cover Maternity leave

Whoyou are :

• Experience : 1+ years of recent automotive warranty administration
• Skills : Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, attention todetail a must.
• Tech Savvy : Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM / DMS software likePBS, CDK or similar
• Work Style : Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.

Whatyour day will look like :

• Process and submit warranty claims within HyundaiCanada guidelines and follow up for prompt payment.
• Stay updated on manufacturer’s criteria, recalls,and bulletins for warranty compliance.
• Manage and reconcile warranty accounts andschedules regularly.
• Assist team members with warranty compliance andprocesses.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in alltasks.
