Construction Project Manager – Full Time

REMCO Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our award‑winning team. We specialize in multi‑unit apartment buildings, custom homes, and high‑quality residential developments. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from ground‑breaking to turnkey delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction for apartment buildings and custom homes
• Develop and manage project schedules, critical paths, and construction timelines
• Coordinate building permits, inspections, and compliance with provincial and municipal regulations
• Ensure construction meets all building codes, architectural specifications, and client expectations
• Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Lead on‑site construction crews, subcontractors, and trades
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship
• Resolve on‑site issues promptly to maintain workflow and quality
• Serve as the main point of contact between office, trades, inspectors, and clients
• Provide regular progress updates to ownership and project stakeholders
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and surveyors when required
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with WorkSafeNB guidelines
• Conduct quality checks throughout construction stages
• Hand over completed units/buildings with a focus on exceptional workmanship

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager or Site Supervisor in residential or multi‑unit construction
• Strong understanding of structural framing, finishing, and mechanical trades
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00–$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40–50 per week
