A Day in the life :
The position will support the planning, scheduling, and tracking of maintenance activities, as well as assisting in communication and relationship-building with both existing and new customers. This role is a critical point of contact for internal teams, helping to ensure that maintenance schedules are effectively coordinated, and customer needs are addressed promptly.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinates planned maintenance (PM) schedules with customers and dispatchers working within existing service constraints.
- Ensures all forms and documentation are proactively provided to internal teams prior to call attendance.
- Coordinates with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Reviews all Planned Maintenance calls post-completion to ensure accuracy.
- Maintains and updates customer records and current equipment records within our ERP systems.
- Fosters positive relationships with existing customers and assist in onboarding new customers.
- Address general customer inquiries by phone and email to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Creates and renews all planned maintenance contracts.
What you will bring :
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in customer serviceExperience working with an ERP systemExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHaving the curiosity and capacity to learn about various commercial kitchen equipmentMinimum 50 wpmDemonstrated ability and proficiency in MS Office suite of applicationsAbility to operate a computer and telephone for long periods of timeLifting or moving up to 10 lb / 4.5 kg may be requiredAvailable to participate in the on-call rotation shiftWhy work for us?
