A Day in the life :

The position will support the planning, scheduling, and tracking of maintenance activities, as well as assisting in communication and relationship-building with both existing and new customers. This role is a critical point of contact for internal teams, helping to ensure that maintenance schedules are effectively coordinated, and customer needs are addressed promptly.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinates planned maintenance (PM) schedules with customers and dispatchers working within existing service constraints.
  • Ensures all forms and documentation are proactively provided to internal teams prior to call attendance.
  • Coordinates with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Reviews all Planned Maintenance calls post-completion to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintains and updates customer records and current equipment records within our ERP systems.
  • Fosters positive relationships with existing customers and assist in onboarding new customers.
  • Address general customer inquiries by phone and email to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Creates and renews all planned maintenance contracts.

What you will bring :

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in customer service
  • Experience working with an ERP system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Having the curiosity and capacity to learn about various commercial kitchen equipment
  • Minimum 50 wpm
  • Demonstrated ability and proficiency in MS Office suite of applications
  • Ability to operate a computer and telephone for long periods of time
  • Lifting or moving up to 10 lb / 4.5 kg may be required
  • Available to participate in the on-call rotation shift
