YOUR ROLE :

Review and analyze title reports;

Searches in the various databases available (Land Registry, Registrar of Companies, etc.);

Communicate with title insurance companies;

Prepare and draft documents related to real estate transactions;

Support the team by ensuring deadlines are met.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

DCS in Paralegal Technology or other relevant training;

Experience in a similar position;

Good level of oral and written bilingualism;

Thoroughness, organizational skills and team spirit;

Professionalism, autonomy and good judgment.
