Project Manager (Use for Delivery Lead)
Location : Montreal, QC
12 Months Contract Position
- 5 to 8+ years in project management, with demonstrated capability in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Planning, prioritization, and alignment of programs and projects to ensure they support organizational goals and are consistent with overall strategy.
- Coordinate cross- functional teams, resources, and stakeholder engagement to drive deliverables, manage dependencies and ensure success.
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (i.e. Jira, PPT, Excel, Power BI)
- 2-3 rounds of Interview with one onsite Interview.
- Interviews and position will start in Jan 2025.

The ETS Portfolio Governance & Delivery ("PGD") team oversees the strategic alignment, execution, and governance of key initiatives, ensuring they deliver value, meet organizational goals, and adhere to compliance and risk standards, while also managing and facilitating cross-functional alignment and dependency management. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee, manage and drive the delivery of high-impact programs / projects within our portfolio. This role combines elements of portfolio, program and project management, requiring a leader who can coordinate multiple initiatives, balance strategic oversight with tactical execution, ensure alignment with strategic priorities, and optimize resource allocation.
Responsibilities :
Oversee planning, prioritization, and alignment of programs and projects to ensure they support organizational goals and are consistent with overall strategyAct as the central point of contact for portfolio-level updates, providing insight into program / project performance and resource needsLead and manage high-priority programs and projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget and risk control adherence and alignment with key performance indicatorsCoordinate cross- functional teams, resources, and stakeholder engagement to drive deliverables, manage dependencies and ensure successActively monitor project / program interdependencies, facilitating quick resolution of conflicts to keep initiatives on trackServe as trusted advisor to project teams, offering guidance on governance standards, risk management and effective issue resolutionEngage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to prepare and deliver clear, high-level presentations and reports that communicate on the project progressTrack project financials, including budget adherence and forecastingEnsure adherence to governance standards across programs / projects, embedding best practices for reporting, compliance, and risk managementRequirements
Proven work experience (8+ years) in project management, with demonstrated capability in managing complex, cross-functional projectsStrong strategic mindset with the ability to oversee a diverse portfolio of programs / projects and align with organizational goalsAbility to engage and influence senior stakeholders across functionsStrong understanding of governance frameworks, reporting standards and risk management practices.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and lead process improvements.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Ability to perform in high pressure, fast paced situationsExceptional attention to detail and highly organizedProficiency with project management and reporting tools (i.e. Jira, PPT, Excel, Power BI)Technology and Financial Services background (desired)
