Manager / Senior External Resource Manager - Resource on Demand at IBM Canada

The IBM Resource on Demand Team is seeking an Intermediate Health Information Analyst for a contract opportunity in the Ottawa area.

Mandatory Skills

• Canadian Federal Government Security Clearance Enhanced Reliability Status or higher
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in IM/IT as a Business Analyst in a Health Information solution environment
• Minimum of twelve (12) months experience in the assessment of a Health Information Solution that complies to either Canadian federal or provincial legislation
• Experience in all of the following:
  • Requirements Identification
  • Requirements analysis
  • Evaluating and documenting and the IT impacts for a Health Information system
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months experience in functional testing that includes all of the following:
  • Testing Coordination
  • Developing Test Cases
  • Documenting Test results
