Your new role
The Lease Administrator is accountable to the Senior Manager, Lease Administration and in coordination with the Director, Leasing for assisting in the protection of interests of thepany and its clients against risks associated with lease documentation by participating in the process of preparation, revision, execution and data entry in the Yardi system of all required lease and tenant information.What you'll need to succeed
You bring a minimum of three years of experience inmercial leasing or contract administration, supported by a solid understanding of contract law, insurance requirements, and property management processes. You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess strongmunication, organizational, and analytical abilities. With a systematic approach to problem‑solving, keen attention to detail, and the ability to critically review information, you consistently deliver high‑quality work under pressure. You are self‑motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision, and demonstrates a sound understanding of basic accounting principles, enabling effective decision‑making and operational support.
