Proposal and Marketing Coordinator-Engineering

Sirati & Partners Consultants Ltd are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator & Marketing Specialist to join our team in Markham, Ontario. This dual-role position is pivotal in managing proposal development processes and executing marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with coordinating, supporting and writing RFQs, RFPs and EOIs
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop high-quality submissions to secure new work.
• Collaborate with technical staff to gather necessary information and tailor proposals to client requirements.
• Conduct client background research, identify questions, concerns and potential risks to inform the “strategic visioning” and proposal planning stage of the process
• Maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and project descriptions for main clients for efficient reuse.
• Ensure compliance with all solicitation requirements, submission formatting and deadlines.
• Schedules, coordinates, and may take a lead role in the proposal strategy and planning sessions.
• Liaise with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely follow-up on submitted proposals.
• Data entry to maintain accuracy of pursuit reports and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain proposal-tracking matrix.
• May be required to provide support to department leads.
• Marketing : Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company services and achievements.
• Marketing : Manage and update the company website and social media platforms with relevant content.
• Marketing : Coordinate company participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Marketing : Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business development
