Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Drive sales in the furniture, technology, and supplies areas of the store.
• Set and achieve sales and margin goals with store leaders.
• Ensure operational excellence and uphold store brand standards.
• Support all merchandising and signage standards, including planograms and stocking.
• Engage with customers by offering tailored products and services.
• Handle transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including shipping transactions and marketing tools to convert customers.
• Calmly de‑escalate and assist in complex customer situations or refer to a manager / supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment by dusting, front‑facing products, and ensuring demo units are clean and functional.
• Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies.
