Role Overview
The Community Recreation Administrative Assistant plays an important role in supporting Personnel Support Programs. They provide administrative support for the planning, organizing, and delivery of community recreation activities for military members and their families. They act as the point of contact for internal and external customers, preparing, keying in, editing, and proofreading correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material. They respond to telephone, in‑person, or electronic enquiries or forward them to the appropriate person.
