Role Description

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Business Analyst is an intermediate level position and is responsible for documenting business requirements using industry standard techniques and uses critical thinking to identify and solve business issues. This is primarily focused on supporting and optimizing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The role will bridge the gap between HR processes and technology, ensuring efficient workflows, accurate reporting, and data-driven decision‑making to meet organizational goals. The Business Analyst works closely with project sponsors, users, project managers and Information Services to gather requirements, solve business problems and participates in the implementation of solutions.

• Performs fit-gap assessment of solutions to business needs.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on trends and analytics.
• Participates in the request for proposal and vendor evaluation process.
• Participates in the acceptance and deployment of business and system solutions.
