Key Qualifications and Requirements

• Post Secondary: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional Accreditation/Certification: Valid full G or Class 5 driver’s license.
• Related Experience: None required; one year customer‑oriented business experience preferred.
• Learning & Adaptation: 3‑month learn‑to‑adjust period.
• Language: Bilingual (French and English) required in Quebec.
• Technical Skills:
  • Complete mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training.
  • Complete all basic and re‑currence training.
  • Lift 70 lbs.
  • Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations is an asset.
• Interpersonal Skills:
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good time‑management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment.
