By making physical assets as searchable and understandable as digital data, we continuously ingest asset history to optimize maintenance workflows and planning—laying the critical foundation for the transition to remote and robotic operations.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to take ownership of key parts of our product, contribute to a high-quality codebase, and consistently deliver well-scoped work as we scale. This role exists for someone who can thrive in a startup environment - you will help drive strong execution, improve the quality and reliability of our software, and collaborate closely across the team to get important work shipped.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship functionality that supports critical integrity decisions for remote engineering infrastructure.
• Take ownership of key features and systems end-to-end, from implementation through production release.
• Contribute to a high-quality, scalable codebase by writing clean, maintainable code and improving existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to help raise engineering standards.
• Work closely with product and engineering to turn customer needs into well-scoped technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates (product, design, engineering) to deliver reliable, user-friendly software.
• Support and mentor other developers through pairing, reviews, and guidance as needed.
