Mercedes-Benz Rive-Sud  is looking for an experienced  Full-Time Service Receptionist (Contract) to join our growing team! Your love of cars & dealing with the public coupled with your commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service will ensure your success at Mercedes-Benz Rive-Sud. You will be responsible for welcoming / assisting visitors, general office duties, & being the face & voice of our dealership. First impressions are vital; your demeanor, knowledge, & helpfulness are extremely influential when representing our brand in the market.

Your Day to Day :

Provide visitors with an exceptional customer experience by greeting each customer personally in the service reception area

Processing service cash transactions with POS

Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including copyingand scanning documents

Maintain meeting rooms & tidiness of common areas

Monitor inventory and order office supplies

Answer, forward, and screen phone calls in a professional manner

Administering Loaner Cars contracts, incoming and outgoing

What You Bring to the Table :

1 year reception and / or administration experience required

Automotive industry experience preferred

Experience in the hospitality industry and / or completion of a relevant post-secondary program is an asset

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office. Highly skilled in all Google platforms and able to quickly adapt to new technologies

A valid driver's license and safe driving history is required

You must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Availability for full time - through out the duration of the contract - days / hours to be discussed
