Marketers on Demand is searching for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our client’s marketing team! In this position you will drive strategic initiatives, manage product launches, and engage key audiences.

This role is fully onsite, 5 days/week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of marketing programs and campaigns within budget
• Mentor and manage a collaborative marketing team
• Oversee product launches, events, trade shows, and showroom experiences
• Manage digital strategy, content creation, and analytics
• Collaborate on sales enablement tools and communications
• Liaise with various agencies and external vendors

Key Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in Marketing or related field
• Over 5 years of marketing experience with over 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficient in CMS, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms
• Experience with Drupal/WordPress is an asset
• Occasional travel to the U.S. required

Salary Range: $75,000-$80,000
