This role specializes in guiding clients through Power Platform Governance, administration, and the effective use of ownership tools.
The goal is to deliver best-in-class platform configuration, as well as Power Platform app and automation tools that clients can easily own and operate after delivery, ensuring a robust governance framework and strategic environment management.

Responsibilities
- Develop applications using Microsoft Power Platform components, focusing on sustainable governance practices.
- Address process opportunities that clients are unable to fulfill with their internal teams.
- Guide clients in the effective use of Power Platform Governance tools including the Power Platform Admin Center, Managed Environments, and COE Starter Kit.
- Develop solutions that incorporate Power Platform ALM, Environment Strategy, and Automation Toolkit to enhance client capabilities.
- Understand the client's goals and the value of the solutions being delivered, ensuring alignment with governance and ownership principles.
- Balance between business and technical work as a member of a project team, advocating for best practices in governance and secure data handling.
- Take a proactive approach to professional development and take advantage of the many opportunities to grow your ability through Microsoft Certifications and MNPU
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP's services, businesses, and industry
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
- Raise awareness of MNP at community events
Skills and Experience
- Completion of a College's Diploma, Bachelor's Degree and / or a master's degree, or equivalent
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of functional or technical experience in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop.
- Ideally have proven experience with Power Platform Governance, Application Lifecycle Management, Data Loss Prevention, Managed Environments or the CoE Starter Kit
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform Admin Center, Managed Environments, Power Platform ALM, Environment Strategy, COE Starter Kit, and Automation Toolkit.
- Strong soft skills and motivation with the ability to guide and educate clients on governance, administration, and ownership.
- Ability to solve problems with high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Experience in guiding clients through complex Power Platform implementations with a focus on governance and sustainability.
- Effective Time Management problem-solving skills
- Solution building skills across the Power Platform stack of tools
- Passion for the IT and Software world
- Motivation, willingness to innovate, good communication skills and a taste for teamwork
- Willingness to travel to client project sites as needed and when possible
