Financial Controller

Maax Bath, a leader in North American bathroom fixtures, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations and accounting activities of the Maax businesses. The Controller will play a key role in ensuring strong financial management including compliance with accounting standards, timely financial reporting, planning and budgeting, and effective internal controls. This role will also manage and support our Accounts Receivable team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and all necessary analysis.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, review processes, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Design, model, develop and implement tools to assist managers with decision-making, including budgeting, reporting and operational review and forecasting.
