The Town of New Tecumseth is looking for 16 Camp Counsellors to join our team for the 2026 summer season.

Under the guidance and direction of the Coordinator Recreation Programs Camp Counsellors are responsible for running day to day activities for groups of campers following the activities outlined in the camp program plans while providing structure and routine at the camp location. This position ensures the safety and wellbeing of the campers in their care communicating any concerns to the On-site Lead Camp.

Wage : $18.07 - $19.92 plus 4% vacation pay and optional enrolment in OMERS pension plan

Hours : 40 hours per week from June 29th September 2nd.

Location : New Tecumseth Recreation Centre (7300 Industrial Pkwy Alliston) and Tottenham Community Fitness Centre (139 Queen St. N. Tottenham)

Dates : May 29th 2026 September 2nd 2026
