We hope to find assistance in our home. Feb - March : 5- 10 hours a week. April-July : 10 hours a week. August- December : 10-15 hours a week. There is further opportunities to increase hours to full time as we have discussed with another family the possibility of employing the same individual to help with both homes. Their children are the same time line as ours. We are located in Yaletown on the seawall, they are located in Kitsilano. The position offers a competitive rate of $20.00 per hour for the right person this rate could be negotiated, and we're looking for someone who can assist with the following : Basic House Cleaning / Tidying- vacuuming- mopping- wiping down appliances, countertops, tables and highchair- picking up toys- returning living room to standardDinner prep skills- Walking to grocery store to get ingredients- Following recipe for dinner prep- Lunch and or snack prep for toddlerHelp with our first born (DOB April 05 / 24)- Playing in house - Walks on the sea wall- Exploring playgrounds- Taking the ferry to Granville island to explore- Going to grocery store for ingredientsOur second child is on the way and we would like to integrate someone into our home space before Aug 1st.The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and able to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our child. We value someone who is attentive, patient, and has a genuine love for helping explore children's interest and teaching them how to grow and interact with the world. Our boy loves to be outside, walking the sea wall or trails through spirit or Stanley park. He needs a change of scenery at least 2x a day. This means leaving the apartment.
