Reports To : Plow Operator – designated locations
Hourly Rate : $19 / hour
Job Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Skid Steer Operator to support seasonal operations in Lucasville and surrounding downtown locations. This is an on-call role ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working flexible hours, including long shifts and weekends when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a skid steer safely and efficiently on active job sites
- Assist with site maintenance and seasonal operations as directed
- Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines
- Communicate availability and work assignments via cell phone
- Support plow operators and field teams at designated locations
- Work extended hours and weekends during peak operational periods
