Role Overview
We are looking for a Development / Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams, drive delivery excellence, and align technical execution with business goals. This role blends people leadership, project delivery, and technical oversight, working closely with product, design, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor software engineering teams
- Drive project planning, execution, and on-time delivery
- Partner with product managers to define priorities and roadmaps
- Ensure engineering best practices, code quality, and system reliability
- Support technical decision-making and architectural reviews
- Manage team capacity, performance, and career development
- Facilitate agile processes (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
