Introduction

We are seeking a Repairs Center Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for handling the day-to-day administrative functions of the Canada repairs business provided by Metso. The primary focus is on the seamless progression of Repairs from quotation to billing utilizing the key tools of Repairs including Repairs Management Solution and SAP. In this position, you will report to Director, Professional Services.

This position is mainly located in Sudbury, ON but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

You will join a team of repair experts and coordinators committed to providing quality service to our clients who are enthusiastic about delivering high-quality, timely repairs and maintenance that aim to ensure customer satisfaction and operational quality. We are currently building an efficient workflow system and coordinating repair schedules and inventory logistics to ensure that all service requests are completed on time and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Complete Repair Orders :   Ensure safe and profitable completion.
  • Manage SAP Items :   Oversee stock, quotations, order entry, tracking, and parts management.
  • Generate Purchase Orders :   Handle both internal and external service orders.
  • Collaborate with Sales Force :   Create cases for opportunities, part pricing, and acquisition.
  • Process RFQs :   Ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Cost Collection & Invoicing :   Finalize costs, close orders, and request invoicing.
  • Accounts Receivable Management :   Receive incoming parts for repairs.
  • Review Costs & Margins :   Review and analyze repair project finances.
  • Coordinate Resources :   Assist with manpower, equipment, and supplies for jobs.
  • Support Processes :   Uphold repair service processes and procedures.
  • Utilize RMS Tool :   Develop the Repairs Management Solution tool.
  • Work with Project Managers :   Ensure timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Day-to-Day Operations :   Support the operations of assigned repairs personnel.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Professional :   At least 5 years in the industry with a proven history.
  • Matrix Organization Savvy :   Experience in complex organizational structures.
  • Time Management Expert :   Thrive in a good, diverse environment.
  • Financially Skilled :   Knowledge in repairs, field service, or logistics.
  • Educated :   College diploma in Finance / Administration or Technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Relationship Builder :   High skills in building and maintaining relationships.
  • Detail-Oriented :   A bias for action and attention to detail.
  • Metso Equipment Knowledge :   Familiarity with crushers, mills, pyro, bulk handling, screens, process equipment, and pumps is advantageous.
  • Industry Insight :   Solid understanding of services, aftermarket business, and the mining and construction industry.
  • Customer Service Champion :   Strong capabilities in customer satisfaction.
  • Tech-Savvy :   Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Salesforce; SAP experience is a bonus.
  • Highly Motivated :   Ability to work in a time-sensitive situation and meet deadlines.
  • Professional :   Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bilingual :   French and English skills are an asset.
