What’s involved in the General Labour role :

The Island Farms plant is looking for General Labour employees to support their manufacturing department.

Working in a production environment, duties will include assisting machine operators in the day-to-day activities.

What you need to join our team :

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Able to follow standard operational procedures and work in a safe manner.
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift to 50 lbs and pull up to 250 lbs.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

    • This is a 24 / 7 operation - candidates must have flexibility in their availability and able to work days, afternoons, and night shifts.
