What You'll Do :

Assist with creating and posting content on social media platforms

Help update website content and service information

Support email marketing campaigns and contact list updates

Organize marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and service sheets

Conduct basic research on competitors and industry trends

Assist with preparing presentations and client proposals

Help coordinate trade shows, client events, and networking opportunities

Track simple marketing metrics and report results to the team

Provide general administrative support to the marketing department

What We're Looking For :

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred
• Internship or coursework in marketing is a plus, but not required
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn about the transportation / logistics industry
