Chef de Partie
Every memorable dining experience at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts begins behind the scenes with our Culinary team’s commitment to safe, efficient operations and exceptional cuisine. Your passion for managing food preparation as Chef de Partie will inspire your team to create truly spectacular fare.
We are looking for candidates to work in our summer pop-up, Radiante, throughout the summer season. You will then transition into another kitchen as the winter season approaches.
This is a full-time, permanent role, starting in May 2025 .
Starting Rate of Pay : $26.75 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $32.25 per hour.
