Summary of Position
:This person is responsible for the day to day operation of the ice cream store in the absence of the Manager. The ice cream assistant manager will be mainly ice cream focused, but will also be responsible for overseeing the operation of the retail store in the absence of the manager and retail assistant manager. This includes being accountable for the daily staffing and general administrative duties as well as providing leadership in the area of customer service.
