Job description

We're seeking a Technical Sales Specialist for our client in the HVAC industry, located in Dieppe NB.

What We Offer :

Salary : 55k to 60k annually , plus commission
Job Type / Shift : Full time, Monday to Friday
Benefits : Medical and Dental benefits

What You'll Do :

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of HVAC products, including their applications and technical features

Offer technical support and guidance to customers regarding product selection, installation, and troubleshooting

Diagnose and resolve customer challenges by providing effective solutions and expertise

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and key stakeholders

Provide accurate quotations, technical information, and product literature to customers, ensuring clear communication and transparency

Identify new business opportunities and work with customers to promote new products and services

Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, rebates, and product offerings by attending trade shows, vendor meetings, and training sessions

What We're Looking For :

Post-secondary education (College / University degree), with Red Seal certification considered an asset

Proven customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, vendors, and team members

Competency in using software systems for order processing and product management

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
