Role Overview
We are looking for a marketing-driven Business Developer to expand our brand presence, partnership network, and promotional reach through strategic collaborations and performance-based marketing initiatives.
This role focuses on growth marketing, partnerships, influencer collaboration, and team leadership , with clear performance metrics tied to leads, conversions, and revenue , and includes an attractive sales / performance bonus structure .
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Partnerships & Channel Growth
- Identify, develop, and manage marketing-focused partnerships with platforms, brands, agencies, and communities
- Design and execute co-marketing campaigns, referral programs, and channel growth strategies
- Lead partnership negotiations and ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives
2. Influencer, KOL & Affiliate Marketing
Recruit and manage influencers, content creators, affiliates, and third-party promotional platformsDevelop collaboration models including content campaigns, affiliate structures, and performance-based incentivesTrack campaign effectiveness and optimize for lead generation and conversion3. Team Leadership & Training
Build and manage marketing and promotion teams (internal staff and external promoters)Train team members on brand messaging, campaign objectives, and conversion strategiesEstablish standardized marketing workflows, performance tracking, and reporting systems4. Performance & Revenue Growth
Drive measurable results across key metrics such as leads, engagement, conversion rates, and revenueAnalyze campaign and partnership data to continuously improve marketing ROIWork closely with sales, content, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goalsQualifications
2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, partnerships, or growth rolesStrong understanding of performance marketing, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketingProven ability to drive results tied to leads, conversions, or revenueExcellent communication and negotiation skillsExperience managing or training teams is a strong assetSelf-motivated, data-driven, and execution-focusedNice to Have
Experience in social media marketing, content-driven growth, or community marketingFamiliarity with North American or Chinese-speaking marketsExisting network of influencers, creators, or marketing partnersCompany Description
