Note: This is an on-site role in Mississauga, ON with a 7:30am-4pm schedule for 40 hours per week.

What youll do here:

• Prepare and process shipping documentation including BOLs, packing slips, and commercial invoices.
• Coordinate Canada and U.S. crossborder customs paperwork and compliance.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Schedule carrier pickups and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain organized shipment and customs records for audit and reporting.
• Collaborate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues.
• Manage returns and vendorrelated shipping discrepancies.

The experience you bring:

• 13 years of transportation or logistics documentation experience.
• Knowledge of Canada and U.S. customs documentation and crossborder shipping.
• Experience working with customs brokers, carriers, or freight forwarders preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
