Roles and Responsibilities

We are recruiting for a full-time term Commercial & Agriculture Specialist for our Central Region. This term position is anticipated to extend until March 2027. Reporting directly to the Vice President Agriculture & Commercial Banking, the Commercial & Agriculture Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining relationships with our commercial and agricultural members. Working closely with regional Relationship Advisors and other internal teams, the Commercial & Agriculture Specialist will provide expert guidance on complex lending requests to enhance member satisfaction, foster long-term partnerships, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. This position will be primarily based in the Central region of Saskatchewan. We welcome applicants from across Saskatchewan and are open to discussing flexible work location arrangements within the region.

The key responsibilities of this role include :

• Business Development : Actively find opportunities to expand existing member relationships and acquire new member accounts through networking, referrals, and connections. Work collaboratively with regional teams to devise and execute business development, growth, and community engagement strategies tailored to the unique needs of our members with commercial and agricultural lending needs.
• Lending Expertise : Serve as the primary expert for large and intricate commercial and agricultural lending requests, providing insightful guidance and support to members and internal stakeholders.
• Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key member accounts in the commercial and agricultural sectors, collaborating closely with regional Relationship Advisors to ensure exceptional service delivery and member satisfaction.
