Position : Service Contract

Our Treatment Foster Care program is seeking compassionate and dedicated foster parents in the Prince Albert area to join our professional foster families. We are looking for individuals who are excited to provide a nurturing home for ideally two children ages 6-11. Foster parents will support these children, help them stay connected to their birth families, and foster positive relationships within the community. You will receive extensive training, ongoing clinical and consultative support, and access to respite services, including a 24-hour on-call system. Our foster parents work closely with a team of professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for the children in their care.

Contracted service rates will range from $4200 to $5400 per month, based on the number of children placed in your home.

Responsibilities

• Provide a nurturing home for children aged 6-11 (ideally two children).
• Support children in staying connected with their birth families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans.
• Engage with community resources to support family reunification goals.
• Utilize training and on-going clinical / consultative support provided by the program.
