Job descriptionTerms of employment : Full-time, Permanent Wage : $34.00-$37.00 / hour (depending on experience) Number of Positions : 1 10 days paid vacation per year Oversee and carry out the day-to-day administrative activities of the daycare to ensure smooth and efficient operations Perform accurate and timely data entry to maintain up-to-date records Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency, compliance, and consistency in daycare operations Establish work priorities, monitor workflow, and ensure that procedures are followed Administer policies for releasing records in compliance with access to information and privacy regulations Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls to support financial efficiency Compile data and prepare periodic reports, special documentation, manuals, and correspondence to support administrative functions Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely compensation for staff Experience : 2-3 years of office administration experience is required Education : Completion of secondary school is required Company information : Smilekids Childcare Ltd. dba Smilekids Childcare Lambrick Please apply via Email indicated above
