Job Description:
- Greeting guests in an energetic and positive manner, ensuring hospitality is top of mind
- Ability to use the OpenTable reservation platform in an organized, efficient manner, monitoring table turnover to minimize wait times
- Answering the phone according to the steps of service and timing
- Responding to any reservation inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant and bowling area
- Ability to communicate the waitlist and proposed timing to guests
- Communicate any special notes from reservations to the service team.
- Set up any reservations prior to guests' arrival
- Thanking guests as they depart
- Asking guests to write a Google review about their experience
- Process bowling payment and set up bowling lanes for guests
- Provide bowling shoes for guests and maintain hygiene standards of shoes (where applicable)

Qualifications:
- Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
- Previous experience as a host in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required
- SmartServe certification is a MUST
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends as needed
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, highlighting time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn OpenTable and bowling software standards and requirements
